Details

Aluminium Oxide
The use of aluminum oxide abrasive is mainly used for polishing welds and deburring treatment of low-carbon steel. It is a relatively economical and fast replacement of sand discs, deburring and dirt removal of aluminum and alloy products, mold cleaning, and grinding of minerals, metals, glass, and crystals.
Zirconia Alumina
The surface of zirconia corundum abrasive has a special coating, which can minimize the heat generated during polishing; This product can effectively polish various high-strength alloys: stainless steel and alloy steel, fan/compressor components, turbine combustion chamber and sandwich structure components, annular, pipeline and LPT components, doors and bulkheads.
Ceramlc
Ceramic abrasives have a special coating on their surface, which can minimize the heat generated during polishing and extend their service life. Ceramic abrasives have outstanding polishing effects: repairing and maintaining components containing stainless steel, chromium nickel iron alloy, Monel copper nickel alloy or titanium, turbine blades, structural parts, thrust reverse fan compressors, polishing machine defects, and removing traces of body components. Efficient polishing of composite materials can maintain ultra-high grinding force quickly and for a long time under high pressure.
Silicon Carbide
Silicon carbide abrasives can effectively polish non-ferrous metal materials. Mainly used for aircraft fuselage and engine components, aluminum alloy materials, composite materials, and graphite material parts.
